OK I'll give it a shot mushy.
I have not seen the arena yet, but I assume Sunspear Arena is just another arena in the cycle from the Battle Isles. (In case you don't know, hit M, you'll see a big ship on your Map. Click on it to go to the Great Temple of Balthazar. From there you go to all PvP except GvG.) |

It's in Kamaden - it's for low level characters. See screenshot.
Look for 'Yahir' near the Consulate. Nobody is using it... Which is frustrating. We need to get more people to go there. |
